Introducing Vitamin AI 💊

A 12-Week Experiment

TL;DR: For the next three months I’m running a series of short, fast-paced AI projects that test new tools, formats, and workflows. Think of it as a daily micro-dose of experimentation - just enough AI “vitamin” to keep my creativity, productivity, and curiosity in peak health - without the overwhelm.

Why “Vitamin” AI?

Like vitamins, AI is becoming a daily, invisible nutrient:

  • Essential but easy to neglect. Skip your dose and you feel the lag.

  • Small inputs, big gains. A few minutes of smart automation can free hours.

  • Tailored input. Everyone needs a different blend depending on goals.

“Vitamin” is my shorthand for that nutrient: a bite-sized, habit-forming supplement that keeps my ideas (and yours) in fighting shape.

What Am I Doing Exactly?

  • Duration: 12 weeks (July to September)

  • Format: 3-5 Mini-projects broken down into weekly experiments

  • Goal: Help solve one core struggle at a time (see list below)

  • Success Metrics: Time saved, consistency gained, insight generated, fun had

Ideas for Experiments

*I reserve the right to swap, remix, or kill any project as I learn what works. Agility beats stubbornness.

  1. Daily World Scan
Build a low-friction AI dashboard that curates global headlines in < 10 min/day.

  2. Niche Newsletter Curator
Train a bot to skim my favorite newsletters and surface what truly matters.

  3. LinkedIn Content Engine
Automate idea capture → outline → scheduled post, while keeping my voice intact.

  4. Visual Thinking Booster
Use image-generation + simple motion graphics to turn abstract frameworks into scroll-stopping visuals.

  5. Automation Sandbox
Chain together no-code AI tools (Zapier, Make, Replit Agents) to replace my most boring manual tasks.

What Do YOU Get?

Buckle up for a shotgun-seat ride through 12 weeks of AI trial, error, and occasional triumph. Here’s what lands in your inbox or feed:

  • Front-row access: Watch each mini-project unfold in (mostly) real time- wins, face-palms, and post-mortems included.

  • Stealable assets: Copy-paste prompts, workflows, and no-code automations that survive my stress tests..

  • Community Q&A: Drop your own AI experiments, questions, or “Have you tried…?” nudges - shape where this journey goes next.

Think of it as grabbing the passenger seat on a winding, no-GPS road trip: you’ll get the scenic shortcuts and see every wrong turn - so your own route is smoother (and faster) when you drive.

How to Follow (& Contribute)

  1. Follow me on LinkedIn. I’ll be posting a weekly recap of what I’m upto.

  2. Bookmark THIS page. I’ll update it with links to each project recap.

  3. Subscribe to my newsletter for deeper dives and behind-the-scenes templates.

  4. Reach out with your own experiments, questions, or “you-should-really-try-this” recommendations.

Final Note

This experiment is intentionally fluid. If a project stalls or a new opportunity pops up, I’ll pivot. The north star isn’t perfection - it’s learning fast, sharing openly.

See you on the journey!
